Customer Service: A client was concerned about the level of customer service that his customers were receiving and because he wanted to engage his employees we designed a custom "Secret Shopper" program to reward his employees while ensuring that the customer was receiving a high level of customer service. The program was successful in highlighting the commitment of the company to the employee and deepening their relationships as well as improving customer service.
Customer Loyalty: A client wanted to create customer loyalty to their brand. Moxie created a "Consumer Card" with three partners in the area that rewarded the customers for their loyalty. By adding partners to the program it created better relationships with the area businesses and provided better services for the customers.
Direct Mail: A client wanted to create a dynamic piece that would have a high impact for the customers. Moxie created a direct mail piece that had two parts. One was mailed and the other was retrieved at the business location. This allowed the client to see a direct impact of of the mailing.
Travel Marketing: A client wanted to expand its market to include families with small children. Moxie targeted a coalition of business partners that were interested in the same objective. By working with the coalition Moxie created a marketing plan that included a direct mail piece, online marketing strategy, and a low impact on site child friendly activity for each partner.
Event Marketing: A company was interested in sponsoring a fundraising event for a local non-profit. Moxie created a branding event both for the sponsoring company and the local non-profit through a pre-event marketing plan, an onsite event plan and management, and a post event program.
